While we strive to meet your expectations, we recognize that there may be situations where a cancellation or refund is required. We accept reasonable refund requests, but we kindly ask that our services not be misused.

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Course Subscription or Purchase
- You can cancel your subscription or purchase within 24 hours of payment, as long as no course content has been accessed.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at anoop@hsescholar.com with your order details.
1.2 Live Training and Webinars
- For live training sessions or webinars, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. No cancellations will be accepted after this period, and refunds will not be issued.
1.3 Workshops
- Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this deadline.
2. Refund Policy
We aim to process reasonable refund requests, but we reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that the policy is being misused.
2.1 Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Downloads)
- Due to the nature of digital products, once accessed or downloaded, they are non-refundable.
- If you experience technical difficulties or believe the product was not as advertised, please contact anoop@hsescholar.com, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 Course Subscriptions
- If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and no course content has been accessed, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be granted if course content has been accessed or if the request is made after the 24-hour window.
2.3 Live Training and Webinars
- Refunds for live training and webinars will be granted if the cancellation is made within the 48-hour cancellation window.
- No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
2.4 Workshops
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop.
- Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Misuse of Services
We value fairness and transparency in our dealings with customers. Repeated or unreasonable requests for refunds may be viewed as an attempt to misuse our services. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in such cases.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative method with you.
